On the occasion of World Dance Day, GD Goenka Public School, Ghaziabad, proudly hosted a mesmerizing cultural programme under the aegis of SPIC MACAY (Society for the Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth).
The highlight of the event was a spellbinding Bharatanatyam recital by the distinguished danseuse, Smt. Ragini Chandrashekhar — an empanelled artist of Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and a recipient of the Ustad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar. Her graceful movements and expressive abhinaya beautifully reflected the spiritual depth and cultural richness of Indian classical dance, leaving the audience enthralled.
An engaging interactive session with students further enriched the experience, encouraging young minds to appreciate and preserve India’s timeless artistic traditions.

On 27th March 2025, our talented Goenkans brought stories to life with powerful performances celebrating World Theatre Day. The event highlighted how theatre nurtures imagination, confidence, empathy, and collaboration. Kudos to all the young performers for their creativity and passion!
On 29th March 2025, GD Goenka Public School warmly welcomed new parents with an engaging Orientation Program. The event featured inspiring performances and key insights from the Principal, Ms. Yogita Kapil, and school leaders about the curriculum, teaching methods, and the importance of strong parent-teacher partnerships to support student growth.
Our students came together for a soulful Puja Ceremony, embracing the values of gratitude, spirituality, and unity. Such traditions instill a deep sense of culture and mindfulness, fostering a holistic learning environment. GD Goenka Public School organized a special Hawan ceremony on 3rd February 2025, for Basant Panchami, focusing on Class X and XII students preparing for Board Exams. The ritual aimed to invoke divine blessings for their academic success. Students and Teachers participated actively, offering prayers. The event concluded with the distribution of prashad.
A day filled with emotions, nostalgia, and new beginnings! As we bid adieu to our graduating batch, we celebrate their journey, achievements, and the cherished moments that will forever remain in our hearts.
